Redline Express Courier Terms & Conditions

By allowing Redline Express Courier, Inc. to pick up packages for delivery, Client agrees to all terms and conditions within this Agreement. All Client information obtained by Redline Express in this Agreement will be used for credit and collective purposes and will be held in strict confidence.

Pending credit approval, Client's account will be billed weekly unless otherwise arranged by Redline Express. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL UPON RECEIPT OF EACH INVOICE, DUE NO LATER THAN 15 DAYS FROM THE INVOICE DATE. Client's account will be assessed a 1.5% late fee for all invoices 30 days or more in arrears.

Each shipment will be insured by Redline Express during transit for loss, damage, delay, non-delivery, misinformation, or miss-delivery to actual fair market value (limit $100.00). Any value declared on shipment in excess of $100.00 shall be Client's own risk unless prior arrangements have been made by the shipper with Redline Express to purchase additional insurance. Client's right to recover from Redline Express shall be limited to $100.00 (or other amount if agreed in writing) for any loss, value of package, income interest, profit, attorney fees, costs and other form of damage (direct, incidental or consequential). Redline Express will not be liable for loss, damages, or delay created by events Redline Express cannot control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotion, or mechanical or other delays of vehicle and/or aircraft used in providing transportation services.

Federal law requires shippers to disclose the contents held within the package that Redline Express delivers. If shipper fails to accurately disclose contents to be shipped, Redline Express will not be held liable.

If Client hires, employs or contracts any individual within 180 days of their employment with or contracting to Redline Express Client agrees to pay Redline Express a recruitment fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) immediately payable upon demand to Redline Express.

In the event that Redline Express does not receive prompt payment for services rendered or any recruitment fees due, Client will be liable for collection costs incurred by Redline Express to include but not limited to, attorney fees, collection agency fees, and court costs. Furthermore, Client will be charged a fee of $25.00 for any returned check.
